NEW YORK - Valero Energy Corp. said Tuesday it lost money for the fourth straight quarter as motorists, airlines and trucking companies burned less fuel.
Valero, the nation's largest independent oil refiner and owner of a refinery in Memphis, reported a loss of $113 million, or 20 cents per share, in the first three months of the year.
