The North Mississippi Land Trust, a nonprofit organization that accepts land donations and conservation easements for open spaces, has named four new directors to its governing body - and for the first time gets members from outside DeSoto County.

Those selected are Cathy Franks and Elizabeth Clifton of Hernando, Hart Henson of Greenwood in Leflore County and Suzanne Langley of Hudsonville in Marshall County. They join trust directors Billy Myers, Tiffany Heard, Mickey Davis, Michael Hatcher, Scott Griffith, Tom Pittman, Dr. Joy Anderson and Shelly Johnstone.
