St. Petersburg Bowl-bound University of Memphis placed two players - offensive lineman Brandon Pearce and defensive lineman Clinton McDonald - on the All-Conference USA Football Coaches first team and running back Curtis Steele was named to the second team, the league office announced Tuesday.

The U of M , which finished 6-6, will play in the inaugural Dec. 20 magicJack St. Petersburg Bowl against Big East member South Florida , a former C-USA rival. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. CST and the game will be on ESPN2.
