NEW YORK - Levi Aron, the former Memphian charged with killing 8- year-old Leiby Kletzky, had cuts and scratches to his wrists and arms, which the police believe are indications of a struggle, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Thursday.

In his confession, Aron said that when he went to smother the boy with a towel, "he fought back a little bit until eventually he stopped breathing."
