A woman who made a $150,000 bond on charges of killing her husband was declared indigent Wednesday, which will allow her to hire forensic experts at state expense.
Criminal Court Judge Paula Skahan noted that defendant Pamela Taylor is paying for her own attorneys and that if she cannot afford to also hire experts for her defense then the state must provide funding.See the full content of this document
