Clayton Smart, the Oklahoma businessman charged with stealing millions of dollars from trust funds for funeral businesses in Michigan and Tennessee, will be shuttled between the states as criminal cases against him proceed.

"We plan on cooperating with Michigan and they're cooperating with us on shipping him back and forth to whatever court dates he'll have on either end," said Linda Kirklen, lead prosecutor for Shelby County's white-collar crime unit.
