It's time to bring on the chicken salad. So many of you have called or e-mailed me since I mentioned we'd be holding a chicken salad contest, it seems plenty of you have a good recipe you want to share.

Well, here's the deal. You've got until next month to scour your recipe boxes or come up with something new. Get your recipe to me by May 7, then we'll go over them and pick 12 finalists. On June 9, those folks will bring their chicken salad to our office and we'll get down to the hard work of judging the top three. The winner will receive a $50 gift certificate to Williams-Sonoma.
