WASHINGTON - Greater Memphis Congressmen Marsha Blackburn and Steve Cohen played pied piper Monday, going out into the long lines waiting to pick up inauguration tickets and rescuing constituents from hours of bitter cold.
Around 11:30 a.m., Cohen heard that constituents circling the Longworth Building were calling for help. He walked outside into the crowds along Independence Avenue and began shouting, "Anyone from Memphis?" several times.See the full content of this document
