Barry Stanley and family members were honorees for the evening - remembering the late Mavis Stanley, wife of Barry Stanley, who lost her battle with cancer in March. The former organizational and charter member of USA Dance , formerly United States Amateur Ballroom Dancers Association, became president in 2000 and continued the presidency for four years. Stanley donated her time and efforts to the growth of USA Dance and in the process she and husband became wonderful ballroom dancers.
