GOLSTER - The lack of town Democratic or Republican executive committees means candidates for 2009 municipal elections can only qualify as independent, according to town clerk Monzella Tickles.
A previous Democratic committee is inactive after members moved, she said, and no one ran for the positions in the last election. Tickles said aldermen learned of the situation in January.See the full content of this document
