Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour says the state government may adopt a four-day workweek to help workers save money on fuel.

"I think every government, state or local, wherever they are, has got to be looking at ways to conserve energy, both to save money for the taxpayers, but also out of fairness and respect for our employees," Barbour said after a talk Wednesday at The Peabody in Memphis.
