The attorney for Olive Branch offensive lineman Devin Mondie said Friday that his client has been cleared by the Mississippi High School Activities Association to play for the Conquistadors beginning with their Oct. 14 game at Horn Lake.

Attorney Steve Farese said he met with MHSAA executive director Don Hinton last week and presented him with a two-inch thick binder of information that he said proves that Mondie had made a legitimate move when transferring in the summer from Melrose to Olive Branch.
