Sometimes a review isn't what I have in mind when I go to a restaurant. Sometimes I'm just going to grab a bite and while I'm eating I think, "Hmm, people should know about this place." That's what happened at Osaka. We just wanted to try a new place for sushi and ended up finding a little gem tucked away in Cordova and a bigger gem all the way out in Collierville.
