More than three months are left until football homecoming, but for 13-year-old junior tennis player Catherine Harrison, her homecoming is today.

The Memphis native has spent almost a year at the Harold Solomon International Tennis Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. While her peers spend the summer swimming, traveling to camps and catching up on summer reading, Harrison is in town not only to catch up with friends, but also to compete in the USTA Girls 18-and-under National Clay Court Championships at The Racquet Club, Memphis Country Club and The University Club.
