The City Council approved a resolution Tuesday ordering the city's Human Resources Division to conduct a study of discrimination, including for sexual orientation and gender identity, in city government.
"This study is about getting the facts so we can make educated, informed decisions," said Councilman Shea Flinn, sponsor of the resolution and an accompanying ordinance. "Are employees being discriminated against? That's what we want to find out."See the full content of this document
