At the state's request, the Federal Emergency Management Agency on Friday extended the deadline to apply for federal disaster aid in Tennessee for 30 days, to Aug. 5.
The extra month gives victims of uninsured losses from severe storms, including flooding and tornadoes, that occurred between April 30 and May 18 in West and Middle Tennessee more time to apply for FEMA grants and U.S. Small Business Administration disaster loans.See the full content of this document
