The Tennessee Department of Transportation is in contract negotiations for a study of potential locations for a third Mississippi River bridge at Memphis.
TDOT is negotiating with a team led by Kimley-Horn & Associates and including IHS Global Insight, HNTB and the University of Memphis Center for Intermodal Freight Studies. Trust Marketing, PSI and Bowlby & Associates would round out the team.See the full content of this document
