LITTLE ROCK - Arkansas death-row inmates challenging the state's lethal injection procedures failed to show it subjected them to a significant risk of pain, a federal judge has ruled, likely blocking their last legal challenge to the method.
U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright's ruling this week found that Arkansas' execution method is "substantially similar" to the execution procedure in Kentucky, which was approved in a landmark Supreme Court decision in April.See the full content of this document
