JACKSON - A judicial watchdog agency has asked the Mississippi Supreme Court to discipline two Hinds County Justice Court judges.
For the second time in seven months, the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance has recommended that Justice Court Judge Nicki Boland be cited for judicial misconduct. Boland should be suspended for 90 days without pay and fined $4,250, the commission said in documents filed Thursday with the Supreme Court.See the full content of this document
