It wasn't until the day after the storm that Carolyn Hardy realized how badly the tornado had damaged the young bottling company in southeast Memphis that bears her name.
This week, the president and CEO of Hardy Bottling Co. estimated that the storms caused $40 million to $50million in damage to the building and equipment. Her insurance covers only about half that amount, she said, and the total damage is between $60 million and $70 million if you count destroyed materials and products.See the full content of this document
