WASHINGTON - U.S. Sen. Roger F. Wicker, R-Miss., thinks it's a good idea to mingle with his colleagues from across the aisle at tonight's State of the Union address, and will sit beside Sen. Benjamin L. Cardin, D-Md., he said Monday.

"I think it's a good statement of bipartisanship and that's important and, at the same time, I hope it results in less of this jumping up and down - what I've called 'dueling ovations.'. It's gotten out of hand."
