WASHINGTON - U.S. Sen. Roger F. Wicker, R-Miss., thinks it's a good idea to mingle with his colleagues from across the aisle at tonight's State of the Union address, and will sit beside Sen. Benjamin L. Cardin, D-Md., he said Monday.
