WASHINGTON - On his first trip to Haiti since last January's devastating earthquake, U.S. Sen. Bob Corker found hundreds of thousands of displaced people still living in camps, concrete-and- stone rubble piled so high it will take years to haul away, and relief workers anxiously awaiting much of the global aid that was promised but has yet to arrive.

"I don't think there's any question reconstruction has barely begun," the Chattanooga Republican said. "There is such a long road ahead."
