Back in the spring, the s taff of First Assembly of God Memphis, 8650 Walnut Grove , put their heads together at a Monday staff meeting. They wanted to come up with something that would reach the community in a new and exciting way. Out of that meeting, Cordova Fest was born.

Every staff member was assigned a different area of the festival. They worked tirelessly for the next six months alongside volunteers from the church to make sure that Cordova Fest would be memorable for everyone.
