NASHVILLE - Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey pushed ahead Wednesday with a resolution "urging" Tennessee Atty. Gen. Robert E. Cooper to challenge the constitutionality of the federal health reform act - a day after Cooper said he couldn't.

Ramsey, one of three Republicans running for governor, said that if the resolution passes and Cooper still chooses not to join nearly two dozen other state attorneys general in filing suit, he's prepared to take further steps.
