Members of the Young Christian Class of the former Frayser Heights United Methodist Church of Memphis met in the home of David and Brenda Archer, in the Bolton area, for their monthly potluck gathering. Lillie Rains was congratulated on her 91st birthday, celebrated on July 1. She recently attended the Memphis Annual Methodist Conference held in Jackson, Tenn. and was recognized as the oldest member of the conference. She has attended every conference since 1936 except one, due to illness.

The group enjoyed a game of trivia about Frayser Heights UMC that brought back many fond memories.
