Drew Phillips in New Media is one of those guys. He's the primary cook in his house, though his wife, Deanna, does the clean-up after the meals - have you ever seen a kitchen that clean? Both make a point of cooking and eating with an eye toward their health.

"I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything," Phillips said of his cooking style. "I really believe that if you season your food, use good olive oil, pepper and so on, it's just as good as anything else."
