A Brighton, Tenn., man pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court in Memphis to conspiracy to defraud the government and to concealing $143,450 on his 2004 tax returns.
Dennis O'Connor, 56, was an employee of Calcot, Ltd., a cotton marketing cooperative which operated a subsidiary, Global Cotton Recovery (Global) in Covington, which was damaged by fire on Feb. 25, 2003.See the full content of this document
