A former Germantown insurance executive serving a four-year sentence for a multi-million dollar financial fraud was sentenced Friday to an additional 15 months in prison for trying to bribe a federal drug agent in a scheme to get out of prison early.

James Michael Foley, 51, who pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice, apologized to the court and to his family.
