LITTLE ROCK - Arkansas' lottery director was targeted again Thursday with a threat of being fired after an hours-long discussion about problems revealed in an audit, but his opponents didn't have enough votes.
The exchange occurred as Arkansas Lottery Commission members met with legislative auditors to discuss the lottery's failure to apply generally accepted accounting practices in keeping its books.
