Francisco Bertorini says he doesn't need a big suburban-style yard - not with the Mississippi River and several parks right outside his Downtown condo.

He and his wife go to shows at the Orpheum, take in Redbirds games and meet friends at restaurants. And when his employer, Pinnacle Airlines, moves into its One Commerce Square headquarters later this year, the 31-year-old who works in corporate finance and accounting will be a short trolley ride from the office.
